Our 1 Hour Response We guarantee a 1-hour ETA to all ASAP calls for service (within reason). We provide service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This means that when a request for transport comes in for a patient in need of ASAP transportation, we will be at location within an hour for all contracted facilities.Pre Scheduled Calls Butler Medical Transport .Waiting with Patients Wait times at facilities and doctors offices are limited to 20 minutes. Our crews are often planned on taking runs and need to be available within that time frame. If more time is anticipated, prior arrangements need to be made with our dispatch center.Specialies
Bariatric Transport Butler Medical Transport has a bariatric stretcher for large patients. This is one of only a few bariatric transport stretchers in the state. This stretcher is wider then a regular stretcher and typically requires at least 4 hours notice for reasonable accommodations.NICUButler Medical Transport offers Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) transportation. We have specialty units capable of providing specialized transport for the little guys too. Currently we provide this service to Holy Cross Hospital for their NICU department.Event Standby Butler Medical Transport offers event standby for large events. We can provide an ambulance or paramedic unit staffed with highly trained medical providers for your event or gathering |
